Dear John, Thank you, to you and your amazing staff,
for providing the most wonderful food and service for our triple graduation party.
The arrival of the Peppers truck literally ushered in the sunshine, and the rest of the day was perfection. The lobster quesadillas and clam chowder were over-the-top hits and the "Cape Escape" welcome drinks will soon be copied at our neighbors' daughter's wedding in July!
All the food was truly wonderful - and commented on by virtually everyone - even a local friend of Meghan's who surprised her by taking a red-eye in from LA. In his thank you email he specifically said, "Loved that you had Pepper's Catering!"
The staff, led by Michelle, were flawless. The positive energy was evident in all they did, and the bartender (not sure of her name) was fabulous too.
So now we're hooked...we'll be back again. Just don't change a thing...I've often told my children that "perfection is only in Fairy tales." Now I must amend that phrase to include "...and Pepper's!"
