We enjoyed the swordfish and the lamb. The Orangerie looked lovely and I loved the table linen! My salmon was delicate and moist – perfect for such a hot night. Greg has been raving about the tenderloin for days. Your event manager graciously introduced herself and was terrific about carefully packing the cake, saving the menus, and pulling things together at the end.
